The World's Most Famous Arena
Madison Square Garden — simply "The Garden" or "MSG" — is the world's most famous arena and an absolute must-visit for sports fans, music lovers, and anyone who wants to experience the electric energy of New York City at its peak. Located atop Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan, this iconic 20,789-seat venue has hosted some of the most legendary moments in sports and entertainment history. From Keypert's Bayonne properties, you're just 25 minutes from the magic.
Home to the NBA's New York Knicks and the NHL's New York Rangers, MSG transforms into a cauldron of noise and excitement on game nights. The arena has also hosted unforgettable concerts (Billy Joel holds the record with over 100 residency shows), championship boxing matches, the Westminster Dog Show, and countless cultural events. There's truly nothing like experiencing a sold-out event at The Garden — the history and energy are palpable.
The surrounding area adds to the experience. Penn Station connects you to virtually anywhere in the tri-state area, and Midtown Manhattan's restaurants, bars, and attractions are all within walking distance. After the event, you're a quick drive or PATH train ride back to your Keypert home — arriving to free parking, spacious rooms, and the peace and quiet that Manhattan simply can't offer.
