Take the NJ Turnpike North to Route 3 West or Route 120 to the Meadowlands. On game days, follow the stadium traffic signs. The drive is about 20 minutes without event traffic.
Public Transit
NJ Transit runs special Meadowlands trains and buses on game days from Secaucus Junction. The Light Rail connects to Hoboken, where you can transfer to NJ Transit to Secaucus.
Parking
Stadium parking is $30-40 per vehicle for NFL games. Lots open 5 hours before kickoff. Cash and credit accepted. Pre-purchased parking passes are available on the MetLife website.
